	Equipping Learn what others are doing to address needs, listen together to all community voices and prepare for effective ministry by becoming aware of and utilizing gifts and abilities represented in your midst.
	Energizing for Impact Partner with existing ministries and generate new initiatives through an asset-based approach. And make a long-term, community-driven, impact with and through the body of Christ
